SE Designs Content Management System

Over the years we have worked with many Open Source CMS packages to provide a solid foundation to our websites. However, to better achieve our clients requirements we have realised a need to develop our own CMS system. In early 2010, SE Designs CMS was born. 

SE Designs CMS is a modular based CMS platform used to provide a solid foundation for fully scaleable websites. It is aimed at small and medium sized companies and aims to give them exacly what they need to maintain their own website. It can be fully customised to our clients requirements using existing and bespoke modules.

Features of SE Designs CMS

• Professional Design – We will work with your existing logo and branding to produce a professional design tailored to your business or organisation. We have now introduced the new Web 2, 960 Grid Design Standard to our templates, see:  Web 2 Design for more information.

• Content Manager – Easily add / remove / edit pages within your website. Simple drag-and-drop ordering and categorising of the pages. Microsoft® Word-style editing of content.

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) – Our knowledge of SEO has been built into our system. You can specify your Page title, Keywords and Description for each page. For the more advanced user, we now offer a “Keyword Analysis Tool” which allows you to see how many times you have mentioned keywords for content optimisation. The system automatically generates a Sitemap.xml file for Google and other major search engines to quickly index and list your website. • Enquiries – All enquiries made through the website are potential business for your company. Our system will send you an email when an enquiry is made and store a backup in a list you can access and manage through the admin area.

• Members Section – You can allow your customers to register with your website and keep track of their details in the admin area.

• Admin Area – The admin area includes the Content Manager, Enquiries, Members and Settings Editor.

• Modular Based System – For complete customisation, scalability and compatibility with any existing back-office systems.
